That's right! We have a "No Fix, No Fee" policy because we believe don't believe in charging for a job not done. If we are unsure the cause of the problem, or can determine the issue in a reasonable timeframe, we will hand it back free of charge.*

No matter what the issue, we are able to help. From computers that wont turn, to replacement hard drives, virus and malware removal, setting up emails or other account, or even performing computer and cloud backups, we have you covered.

If you have no idea what is wrong with your system and just want advice on whether its worth repairing or not, we offer a diagnostic service for a $59 flat fee.**

If you computer or laptop is not starting and has an error such as a blank screen, blue screen, or is just freezing up all the time, we can diagnose the issue and recommend a plan to move forward.​

  • Hard Drive or component failure

Whether your hard drive fails or another component in your system fails, we can diagnose the issue and provide replacement parts to get you back up and running with minimal downtime.

  • Virus/Malware Removal

Virus & malware infections can present a number of different symptoms such as multiple pop ups, home page change without your knowledge or internet connection drops out completely.

In most circumstances, we are able to remove the problem and restore your computer back to it's original condition before the infection.

NOTE: Depending on the severity of the infection, we would recommend a complete Windows re-install to ensure the problem is completely removed.
